Description
QCS is seeking a qualified Elementary Teacher with a heart for serving on the mission field and a love for molding the minds and characters of students through a Christian worldview. The candidate must have a personal relationship with Christ, live a Christ-like life in both word and deed and possess a high degree of responsibility and integrity. The teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment that fosters each student's intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional growth.
Requirements
Requirements Willingness to sign and abide by QCSs policies, mission statement, and statement of faith. Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Minimum of a BS/BA Degree from an accredited college or university. Eligible for ACSI certification. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Preferences Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education or a related field. Native English speaker. Valid US or Canada teaching certification. Prior experience in an elementary classroom or 3-5 years of teaching experience elsewhere.
