Requirements

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
Current principal/administrator certification (preferred) or eligibility to pursue certification.
Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience; administrative or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Experience in international or cross-cultural school settings (preferred).
Demonstrates a mature Christian faith and alignment with the BAIS Statement of Faith.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage change, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Digital literacy sufficient to support teachers’ instructional and administrative needs.
