Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or related.
2. Experience in School Administration and Supervision preferred.
3. Meet the certification standards set by the CIS, ACSI, or a USA Regional Accreditation agency.
4. Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience teaching and 2 years in administration.
5. Ability to contribute to the OIS Strategic Plan. Ability to clearly communicate and represent
OIS well to the community
6. Cross-cultural understanding and the ability to manage a diverse staff.
7. Able to demonstrate a level of digital literacy necessary to support their staff.
8. Behavior and beliefs that align with Oasis International Schools' Mission, Vision, and Core
Beliefs.
