Description
The Admissions Director (AD) plays a central role in attracting and strengthening relationships between the school and its families. This position expands beyond the traditional role of an AD by focusing on engagement, retention, and the entire family’s journey from inquiry to graduation and beyond. The AD fosters a mission-driven school culture in which families feel welcomed, valued, invested, and engaged in by the school. The Executive Director will assign the AD any tasks deemed appropriate for the best operation of the school.

Requirements
Excellent grasp of logistics and organization.
Enthusiasm and knowledge of the school’s mission.
Excellent communication skills, particularly spoken.
Sunny view of life within the context of deep faith.
Experience in Admissions, development, marketing, or a relationship-focused role in education or nonprofit organizations preferred.
Adept in using social media to communicate with diverse audiences in impactful ways.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build meaningful relationships.
A passion for Christian education and the ability to articulate the school’s mission effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and foster a positive, welcoming school culture.
Experience in event planning, fundraising, or volunteer coordination is a plus.
