Description

The Athletic Director provides leadership and oversight for a Christ-centered athletic program that
promotes the athletic, spiritual, and social development of student-athletes and coaches. This role includes
comprehensive operational and strategic management of the school’s athletic programs, ensuring
alignment with the school’s mission, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with the Rules and
Regulations of the Idaho High School Activities Association (IHSAA).

Requirements

The Athletic Director shall have received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord and demonstrate
spiritual maturity, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to discipling students through athletics. In
addition, the Athletic Director shall:

• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and graciously with parents, student-athletes,
  coaches, administrators, and staff to foster a unified athletic program.
• Exhibit sound judgment, professionalism, critical thinking, and the ability to carry out
  responsibilities independently.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in athletics, physical education, sports
  management, or a related field.
