Dalat is seeking an experienced Deputy Head of School. The ideal candidate will provide educational leadership, foster a vibrant and supportive school culture, and work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to guide the school and staff toward excellence. The Deputy Head (Strategic Development) provides executive leadership for the school’s human capital, policy compliance, and strategic growth. This role ensures that the school’s people, systems, and initiatives align with the Head of School’s vision. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR and hiring, maintaining policy and legal compliance, providing leadership for boarding (if applicable), advancing cultural intelligence and inclusivity, and managing special strategic projects.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, or related field (preferred).
Proven leadership experience in school administration or organizational management.
Strong background in HR strategy, policy development, and compliance.
Demonstrated cross-cultural competence and commitment to inclusivity.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments.
