Description
The Woodlands Christian Academy (TWCA) is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable student-centered, and team-focused leader to serve as its Director of the Academic Center for Empowerment (ACE) Program.
The Director of the ACE Program at TWCA leads, coordinates, and oversees the school’s ACE Program which is part of the National Institute for Learning Development (NILD). Rooted in a Christ-centered, biblical worldview, this role ensures that students with learning differences at TWCA receive high-quality, research-based interventions aligned with TWCA’s Mission and Vision. The ACE Director seeks to honor God by partnering with TWCA’s school leadership, teachers, parents, and therapists to nurture academic growth, confidence, and each student’s God-given potential.
In addition, TWCA’s ACE Program Director supervises each ACE/NILD Educational Therapist, monitors student progress, coordinates assessments and services, and serves as the liaison between the school and the National Institute for Learning Development.
