Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enrollment and Communication
Respond to inquiries from prospective families
Review transfer records and determine appropriate student placement
Serve as liaison between parents and school
Academic Oversight
Monitor student progress, report cards, and promotion decisions
Coordinate achievement testing including materials, schedules, and data analysis
Support teachers in student evaluations and discipline
Administrative Leadership
Oversee Kindergarten screening and class placement
Prepare class and supply lists; assist with summer mail-outs
Create schedules for activities, duties, and lunch/recess
Teacher Support & Supervision
Conduct new teacher orientation and ongoing classroom observations
Lead teacher meetings and coordinate lead teacher roles
Assist with special education evaluations and discipline management
Organize teacher duties and end-of-year awards
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm (185 days)
Summer hours as needed (hourly)

Qualifications
Models Christlike character and demonstrates a genuine love for Christ, His Word and His Church
A member of Westover Baptist Church in full agreement with its statement of faith
Committed to partnering with parents and churches in the discipleship of students
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with parents, teachers, and students
Dedication to both academic and spiritual excellence in Christian education
