Description

• Develop the yearly and semester teaching program, lesson plan for Ichthus School based on the established curriculum and monitor Ichthus School daily operations in order to ensure excellence in delivering Education.
• Strive for both academic and non-academic aspects of Ichthus School, including student achievement, teacher development, student welfare and safety, hygienic environment, personal development, school’s events management, school strategic planning and school management.
• Plan, conduct and participate in in-house professional development programs in improving English skills of fellow teachers.
• Be in charge of reviewing and editing the English usage in every published/displayed material e.g. reports comments, newsletter articles, displays and student’s work at school.
• Support the Principal in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives of Ichthus School.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching or equivalent with TESOL Certificate.
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has the willingness to improve and learn continuously.
• Has strong analytical skill in teaching.
• Familiar with technology (computer-literate).
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Education or equivalent.
