Description

Angleton Christian School is seeking a qualified Guidance Counselor to support the academic, social, and spiritual development of our students. Angleton Christian School, located roughly 40 miles south of Houston Texas, services approximately 320 students, ranging from Pre-K 3 through 12th grade. While many of our families are from suburban and rural areas, the community is experiencing rapid growth as new neighborhoods continue to be developed. 

We are searching for a guidance counselor who can provide academic, social-emotional, and spiritual counseling to our students through a biblical worldview.

Requirements

This role includes academic advising, student scheduling, curriculum management, and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success.

Candidates must have prior school guidance counseling experience, including academic responsibilities and scheduling, hold a valid counselor certification with an active teaching certificate, and be actively involved in a local church community.
