Covenant Christian School Board is seeking an experienced Head Administrator and dynamic leader to begin June 2026. The Head Administrator will work in continuing the tradition of our Christ-centered, Bible-based, discipleship-driven school; with rigorous and outstanding academics and a well-established athletic program. The Head Administrator will lead CCS to the next level of growth for our school.
Covenant Christian School is a 44 year-old college prep school accredited by Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and a member of Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS).
Who You Are:
- A devoted Christian with strong biblical principles and a genuine servant's heart
- Master's degree in Education/Leadership (Doctorate preferred)
- 5-10 years educational leadership + 5 years classroom experience
- Exceptional communicator who builds meaningful relationships
- Committed to both academic excellence and spiritual growth
What You'll Do:
Spiritual Leadership (Our Top Priority)
- Model authentic Christian faith in all interactions
- Ensure biblical integration throughout our entire program
- Nurture spiritual development in students, staff, and families
Educational & Administrative Excellence
- Lead strategic planning with our Board
- Oversee curriculum, faculty development, and student achievement
- Manage operations, budget, and ACSI accreditation standards
- Build strong community partnerships and advance our mission
- Guide personnel decisions with wisdom and care

Experience with Christian/private schools and ACSI committees preferred but not required - we value heart and calling above all.

Requirements
