Trinity Christian School, located on California’s scenic Monterey Peninsula, is a Christ-centered, college preparatory school currently serving 80 middle and high school students. Established in 2001, Trinity exists to equip students to know and follow Christ, develop their God-given gifts, and impact the world for His Kingdom. TCS has built a reputation as a safe, mission-driven community where students are known by name, encouraged in their faith, and given opportunities to grow academically, spiritually, and socially. Its intimate size and deeply relational culture have created a family-like environment that appeals to families. The school has a cohesive faculty and staff, and a Board more dedicated than ever toward growth and continuous improvement.
Trinity Christian School is seeking a leader who, first and foremost, loves Jesus, and is a committed follower of Christ. The ideal candidate needs to be a results-oriented and engaging leader who will be actively focused on growing the student body. The Head will have an intentional emphasis on community building, team leadership, mentoring and accountability.
All candidate information will be reviewed upon receipt and will continue until a Head of School is selected. It is anticipated that selection will be made no later than early winter for a June 2026 start.
