We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of School to lead our academic community and ensure the holistic development of students, faculty, and staff. The Head of School will provide strategic direction, uphold academic excellence, and foster a nurturing environment aligned with the school’s values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership in academic, operational, and community aspects of the school.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term educational goals
• Supervise and mentor faculty, ensuring professional growth and effective teaching practices.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning in collaboration with the board/management.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the school in external forums, events, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of educational experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in school management and instructional leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teachers, staff, students, and parents.
• Demonstrated financial and operational management skills.
• Commitment to student-centered education and holistic development.
• Experience in multicultural or international school settings is an advantage.
