Role Summary
The Head of School provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and spiritual guidance to ensure the academy fulfills its mission of educating students in a biblically grounded, academically rigorous environment. This position requires collaboration with faculty, staff, families, and the broader community to cultivate a culture of faith, integrity, and excellence.

Requirements
Qualifications
- A committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a call to and a passion for Christian education.
- Proven leadership experience in a K-12 Christian school or other educational setting.
- Strong understanding of integrating biblical principles with academic instruction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead with integrity, humility, and vision.
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Theology, or related field preferred.
- Experience in budgeting, staff management, and strategic planning.
