The Head of School is a key role at Faith Academy, tasked with:

• Leading in partnership with the Board of Trustees to advance the school’s mission, vision, and strategy
• Fostering spiritual growth, academic excellence, and institutional development
• Recruiting, developing, and supporting a highly committed staff team
• Ensuring a safe, thriving environment for students and personnel

Faith Academy is an international Christian school located in Antipolo, Philippines, overlooking the city of Manila. Since 1957, Faith has partnered with missionary families and Christian educators to provide transformative, Christ-centered education from Pre-K to Grade 12. Today, over 550 students and a personnel of 200 (missionaries and employees) from 30+ nationalities call Faith their home. Our international community is at the heart of who we are - reflecting the body of Christ in its diversity, unity, and shared mission to serve and make Him known across the nations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Experience in school administration and classroom teaching, ideally in an international context
• Strength in leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration
• Deep faith in Jesus Christ and aligns with Faith Academy's mission, vision, and foundational statements.
• Integrity, adaptability, and creativity in problem-solving
• Passion for the Great Commission and a heart for service
