Th HoS oversees all aspects of school operations and works closely with and under the authority of the Board of Trustees. This is a fulltime exempt position that provides a competitive compensation package including health and dental coverage, Long Term Disability, 403b retirement, and tuition waivers to attend MVCS.  MVCS is a Protestant, evangelical ministry that historically aligns closely with churches of the Baptist and Presbyterian denominations. Requirements

Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM) is seeking a new Head of School for our K-12 ministry for the 2026-27 school year. MVCS was founded in 1974 and currently has an enrollment of 430 students. MVCS is accredited by the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS) and is recognized by the State of New Mexico as an accredited K-12 school. 

MVCS is seeking a proven leader with prior K-12 Christian school experience with an advanced degree in school administration or education. The HoS provides spiritual, academic, and social leadership to the staff, students, and school community at large. Prior experience teaching in a K-12 Christian school is a plus, as well as skills in strategic leadership and a heart to shepherd the staff and student body.
