Wilmington Christian School is seeking candidates for Head of School. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of executive-level leadership, a commitment to long-term stewardship of the school’s mission, and an uncompromising commitment to the Word of God as the basis for all endeavors of the school. 

Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a cover letter and resume to the WCS Board of Directors at Board@wilmingtonchristian.org. The cover letter should highlight relevant experience and include a brief statement of personal faith in Christ, as well as a description of local church involvement. The Board seeks a Christ-centered, visionary leader who will steward WCS’s legacy with wisdom, inspire excellence across all divisions, and lead the school faithfully into its next chapter of mission-driven growth and influence.
