Billings Christian School is seeking a dedicated and experienced High School Principal to lead grades 9–12. The Principal will provide strong spiritual, academic, and administrative leadership while fostering a positive, Christ-centered learning environment for students, staff, and families.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Foster and sustain a positive, faith-centered school culture that supports student growth, character development, and academic excellence
• Provide effective supervision, support, and evaluation of teaching staff
• Lead and support curriculum design, implementation, and ongoing improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and families, addressing concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and staff to promote excellence in instruction and student achievement
• Ensure school policies, procedures, and expectations are upheld consistently

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required (Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field)
• Prior administrative experience preferred, ideally at the high school level
• Strong understanding of secondary education best practices
• Commitment to Christian education and alignment with the mission and values of Billings Christian School
