Job Description
As a WSIS teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities in your subject(s) of expertise
- Incorporate Biblical values and character-building themes into your lessons
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom that supports both academic and personal growth
- Use differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary, values-integrated lessons
- Contribute to the spiritual and educational life of the school community through active engagement, prayer, and service

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Certification: Valid teaching license or certification appropriate to subject/level
- Experience: Teaching experience, preferably in Christian or values-based settings
- Faith Alignment: Respect for and commitment to the school’s Christian ethos
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to integrate Biblical worldview into teaching
- Comfort with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer literacy
- Experience teaching high school or multi-grade levels is a plus
- Character: Servant-hearted, adaptable, and committed to holistic student development
