Description
The middle school history teacher will teaching sixth through eighth grade history. Currently, we use the Abeka curriculum for both sixth and eighth grade; however, we use a public school curriculum for teaching Texas history in seventh grade.
Requirements
All teachers at Garland Christian Academy must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is evidenced by their lifestyle. They must have the ability to develop exciting lesson plans with a biblical worldview, record grades in the RenWeb system in a timely manner and communicate effectively with both students and parents. The science teacher will also need to include lab instructions at various times.
