Reports To: Middle School Principal
Job Summary: A mission-minded middle school teacher who will teach with excellence, passion, and love. Classes taught will include general MS Language Arts (Grade 6), and potentially Creative Writing, along with a middle school advisory and X block (exploratory program).
Requirements
Essential Personal Specifications:
- Is a committed born-again Christian, living a Christ-like life in both word and action
- Attends a Bible believing church
- Supports ICS’s foundational documents
- Earned at least a bachelor’s degree in their teaching field
Qualifications and Experience: Certified Teacher; preferred 2 years experience Responsibilities: The teacher shall prayerfully guide student learning of attitudes, skills, knowledge and concepts, following ICS curriculum, so that students will grow and achieve ICS’ Expected Schoolwide Learning Results.
