Description

1. Teach general science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) across various grade levels using the IB and/or Cambridge curriculum.
2. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate inquiry-based learning and experiential learning.
3. Incorporate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and technology to explain complex scientific principles.
4. Ensure that lessons are adapted for varied learning styles and abilities, including ESL students.
5. Assess student performance through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.
6. Collaborate with the science department to integrate faith-based perspectives into scientific inquiry.
7. Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging laboratory environment.
8. Support the holistic development of students, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and ethical reflection in science.
9. Participate in professional development, team meetings, and contribute to the school community.
