Logos International School (Phnom Penh, Cambodia) is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered PE teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a spiritually nurturing environment, deliver high-quality instruction, and actively engage in the life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
Spiritual Leadership: Model Christlike character and foster a spiritually and emotionally healthy atmosphere for students.
Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and deliver PE lessons that align with curriculum guides and demonstrate Biblical integration.
Implement effective classroom and behavior management that promotes student learning.
Prepare lesson plans in advance on Google Docs.
Communication: Maintain strong communication with parents through meetings, reports, and ongoing updates.
Collaboration: Work with colleagues on curriculum development, assessment practices, and schoolwide initiatives; serve on committees as needed.
Professional Development & School Life: Participate in in-service training, orientation, and school retreat.
Engage in a Professional Learning Community and contribute to extracurricular activities. Coaching staff have the opportunity to take students to compete in international tournaments around South East Asia.

Starting salary from US $1,250/month (before tax) (up to $2000 for education/experience), with annual and qualification-based increments.

Visa, work permit, and teacher medical insurance provided (teacher only).
22-month contract; school year runs August–May (180 contact days).
Assistance with finding housing (housing not provided).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, PE, or related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate Biblical worldview into teaching.
- Commitment to professional growth, collaboration, and active participation in school community life.
- Willingness to support extracurricular activities and school events.
- Coaching skills (swim, volleyball, basketball or football) preferrred.
