Requirements

The President is the sole employee of Foundation Academy’s Board of Directors and representative of the Board in its relations with the faculty, staff, students, and patrons of the school. The President will effectively promote and implement the mission of Foundation Academy with a Christ-centered demeanor, build relationships with donors, and be a consistent role model for the staff, parents, and students. The President will be responsible for leading the school toward its objectives as they relate to the school’s mission, vision, values, both personally and through subordinate directors. The President will demonstrate mature Christian belief through a personal and professional lifestyle that reflects the purpose of the school to honor Christ at all times.
