Faith International Academy is seeking an all-school Principal.

The Principal would lead the school in developing teachers and monitoring curricula. The successful candidate is part of the executive team and is responsible to the Head of School. This position is voluntary, and the successful candidate is responsible for raising their own funds with their partnering mission agency.

The successful applicant will have:

• a living faith demonstrated in their lifestyle and be a regular member of their church.
• Appropriate background in education and administration (degrees and ACSI accreditation)
• Cross-cultural experience 
• Demonstration of skill in teaching, leadership, administrative management, and interpersonal relations with students and teachers, staff, parents, and the community
• Appreciation for the distinctive nature of an international, Christian education
• Understanding of the unique challenges faced by families in international Christian ministry 
• Be willing and able to raise personal support through a missions agency
