Lighthouse Primary and Secondary school is seeking a Principal to start in January 2026. People who may be interested to apply should contact us as a first step.
About Lighthouse Primary and Secondary School
Lighthouse currently has 590 students, 55% in our primary school and the remainder in our growing secondary school; the school has had 4 graduating classes and celebrated its 15 years in 2024. The Principal leads the whole school and makes up the Executive Leadership team with the Head of Primary and Head of Secondary, whom the Principal supervises.
Lighthouse is a candidate for dual accreditation by ACSI and MSA, set for June 2025. In tandem and as a result of the accreditation process, Lighthouse will be setting its Strategic Plan for the next three years to consolidate significant improvements and innovations of recent years. The incoming Principal will have the benefit of an ongoing committed team but also ideally a handover period for the current Executive Head who will be departing in April 2026.
