Description
Our Mission statement is “The purpose of Peoria Christian School is to nurture each child’s unique potential as an image bearer of God, develop the student’s capacity for the enjoyment of the created world, and to educate the total person.”
Founded in 1907, Peoria Christian School is a small school in an idyllic rural setting, less than 10 miles from Historic downtown Pella, Iowa. We emphasize instruction from a Christian perspective and personalized learning support. In recent years, we averaged 40-50 students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Currently, we serve 22 families from the surrounding areas of Pella, New Sharon, Oskaloosa, Tracy, Sully, Lynnville, and Searsboro.
