Requirements

Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in School Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Current state/provincial counseling certification or ACSI certification in School Counseling.
Minimum of 3–5 years of school-based counseling experience, preferably in an international or multicultural
setting.
Experience with trauma-informed practices, suicide prevention, SEL frameworks, and collaborative
problem-solving.
Demonstrated commitment to integrating a Biblical worldview into counseling practice.
