Brief Description:
Hope Academy of Bishkek is seeking a compassionate and qualified School Nurse for the 2026–2027 academic year to provide health services and promote student and staff well-being. The nurse will support a safe and nurturing school environment for our diverse international community.
Purpose of the Position:
The purpose of the School Nurse position is to safeguard and promote the physical health, safety, and well-being of students and staff at Hope Academy of Bishkek. The School Nurse supports the school’s mission by providing preventive health services, responding to medical needs and emergencies, maintaining accurate health records, and fostering a safe, nurturing, and healthy learning environment for a diverse international school community.
The School Nurse plays a key role in supporting student readiness to learn, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborating with school leadership, staff, and families to promote overall wellness on campus.
Responsibilities
Provide routine and emergency medical care
Maintain accurate health records
Communicate with parents regarding student health
Promote health education and wellness initiatives
Collaborate with staff to ensure student safety

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, current license/certification.
- At least two years’ professional nursing experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage emergencies and administer first aid and medication.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse international environment.
