HIRING: SECONDARY PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (part-time or full-time)                      

ICSV is currently seeking a qualified Physical Education Teacher for Middle and High School to join our faculty part-time or full-time for the 2026/2027 school year.

The teacher is responsible for carrying out professional duties and responsibilities within assigned classes.  He/she will be responsible for day-to-day work and management of the class and the safety and welfare of the students, during on-site and off-site activities while promoting the aims and objectives of the school.

The salaries are on a full time basis (will be pro rated for part time ), they are dependent on education/training and years of relevant experience.

Requirements

Qualifications 

•         Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education and Physical Education required
•         Current ACSI teaching certificate or eligible for one 
•         Prior subject related teaching experience preferred 
•         Experience teaching health-related and wellbeing classes
•         Training in the US system helpful
•         State or national teacher certification preferred
•         Overseas/Cross-cultural experience preferred
•         Proficiency or basic knowledge of German (A1) preferred

•         Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
•         Committed to support ICSV’s Christian mission and faith-based education
•         Willing to honor and uphold all standards outlined in the Faculty Handbook
•         Able to sign the ICSV Statement of Faith
•         Active member of a church that supports the school’s Statement of Faith
