Logos International School is seeking a strong, visionary instructional leader to serve as Secondary Principal, leading the Middle and High School teaching teams. The Secondary Principal is a key member of the Logos Leadership Team, reporting to the Director of Education and collaborating with the Elementary Principal and Operations Manager to drive ongoing school improvement. The suitable candidate will be passionate about Christian education and lifelong learning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience teaching in Middle and/or High school
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qaulities (Formal leadership role experience prefered, but not required)
- Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership or related (or willingness to study for one)
- Passionate about the transformative power of Christian Education
- Dedicated to teacher development and ongoing school improvement
