Description
Instructs students in Bible, history, geography, and government, integrating a biblical worldview into the curriculum to promote critical thinking and spiritual growth. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, assessing performance, fostering a Christ-centered classroom environment, and partnering with parents to mentor students. Additional opportunities may exist as a Middle School or Varsity athletic coach. These positions pay a stipend per sport coached.
Requirements
A personal profession of faith, bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject, and agreement with the school's statement of faith and policies. While state licensure is not required. ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) will be needed within two years of hiring date if the candidate does not already for the certification.
Please note: Salary depends on level of education and teaching experience. The posted range may differ depending on those factors. Moving expenses are also part of the employment package.
