SCS has an exciting opportunity to impact lives through comprehensive student discipleship programming and spiritual care for a diverse international school community. The Spiritual Life Coordinator plays a key role in helping the school carry out its mission to form personas íntegras, who reflect Jesus in character, wisdom, and influence. Responsibilities include pointing students and staff to Jesus through Bible teaching and helping lead other ministry opportunities. Candidates must demonstrate a deep love for Jesus and a strong commitment to excellence in Christian education. They should be driven by a passion for youth and seeing them come to Christ and discipled in their faith. In addition, candidates should have previous experience ministering in cross-cultural settings. A desire to work as part of a team is critical. An undergraduate or graduate degree in biblical/theological studies is required. Fluency in English, teaching experience, and youth ministry experience are preferred.
