Description
Role Specific Responsibilities
Design, Lead, and Monitor weekly Secondary Chapel and Mission Time
Support Staff Spiritual Growth, including prayer times, devotionals, and Bible Studies
Partner with local churches and ministries to foster a strong connection between the school and community
Coordination with the Mission Control Team, Worship Band, and Student Council Mission Officer on Student Spiritual Life
Provide Pastoral Care for Students
Organize and Facilitate Student Spiritual Life events such as prayer times, bible studies, student ministries, or spiritual retreats
Measure, reports, and assesses the impact of campus Spiritual Life programs and uses the results for school improvement
Train and Equip teachers and mission leaders in student mentorship, discipleship & outreach
Teach up to 2 classes as needed within the schedule
Other duties as assigned

Lives out faith in a way that facilitates discipleship, mentoring, and relationship building with students
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Passion for serving God, Students and Adults in a school setting
Growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Theology, or Ministry
Must be able to meet necessary requirements for ACSI certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Three or more years of successful teaching or student ministry experience
Prior experience in an international school or cross cultural context
Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies, Ministry, or Theology
