Legacy Christian Academy is beginning an exciting search for Principal of Upper School (Grades 9–12) for the 2026–27 school year. 

Position: Upper School Principal (Grades 9–12)

Legacy Christian Academy is a covenant Christian school located in Frisco, TX, a suburb of Dallas, TX. Founded in 1999, LCA, a premier Christian school in North Dallas, serves over 1,450 students in grades K3–12 and has over 220 full-time employees. The Upper School offers distinctive programs that provide strong leadership development for its graduates.

Position Overview:
The Legacy Christian Academy Upper School Principal works in partnership with the Associate Head of School and Academic Leadership Team to carry out LCA’s mission to develop strong leaders with biblical convictions. The Upper School Principal provides proactive leadership, vision, and oversight for all Grade 9–12 programs, faculty, and initiatives.

Education:
Minimum of a master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field

Experience:
Minimum of three years of experience in educational leadership
