Description

Wilmington Christian School is seeking candidates for Upper School Principal. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of educational leadership, a commitment to long-term stewardship of the school's mission, and an uncompromising commitment to the Word of God as the basis for all endeavors of the school. Qualifications include a minimum of a master's degree in education, ACSI or other recognized Christian or state certification in education or educational leadership, and the substantial equivalent of at least 3 years of administrative experience in an educational institution, preferably a Christian School.

The cover letter should highlight relevant experience and include a brief statement of personal faith in Christ, as well as a description of local church involvement. The Board seeks a Christ-centered, visionary leader who will steward WCS’s legacy with wisdom, inspire excellence across all divisions, and lead the school faithfully into its next chapter of mission-driven growth and influence.
