Description
The First Grade Teacher will create a nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom in which young learners develop strong academic foundations, confidence, independence, and Christ-centered character. The teacher will plan and deliver the assigned U.S. curriculum, monitor student progress, communicate consistently with families, and collaborate closely with the Elementary team.
Requirements
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with BAICA’s Christian mission and values.
- Bachelor’s degree in elementary education
- Teaching certification
- Advanced level of spoken and written English sufficient to teach a U.S. curriculum.
- Minimum two-year commitment
- Availability July 22, 2026
