ICSV  is currently seeking a part-time Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team 1 August 2025 or earlier. 

The Strategic Marketing Specialist will contribute to strategic direction for all marketing, communications, fundraising, and admission functions of the school and will assist in business planning as a whole. He/She reports directly to the school director. He/She will play a key role in promoting the school’s brand, enhancing visibility in the local and international communities, and supporting student recruitment and retention. He/She will collaborate on various projects such as school print materials, strategic planning for all social media platforms, admissions content, and the Alumni Association. The Strategic Marketing Specialist must stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends to interpret our stakeholders' needs and suggest strategies to increase our brand awareness.

The ICSV Strategic Marketing Specialist must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, be creative, professional, and organized.

The salaries are on a full time basis (will be prorated for part time ), they are dependent on education/training and years of relevant experience.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Sales, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years marketing experience with 2 years experience as a marketing manager
• Demonstrated experience in the creation and implementation of marketing communications and brand strategy 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Suite
• Demonstrated experience with a CRM system and email marketing campaign
• Demonstrated experience in event planning
• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
• Have an understanding of international Christian education
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• German language skills are a plus
