Santiago Christian School seeks a dynamic and visionary Director of Advancement to lead the school’s fundraising, admissions, and public relations efforts. The Director will design and implement comprehensive development and recruitment programs that strengthen the school’s financial sustainability, expand its donor base, and foster healthy student enrollment. As a key member of the administrative team, the Director of Advancement will provide strategic leadership in institutional planning, working closely with the Executive Director and collaborating with other school leaders. The ideal candidate is an evangelical Christian with a strong understanding of and commitment to Christian education, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a proven record of success in development, marketing, or related fields. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, creativity, and cross-cultural sensitivity while developing and executing fundraising campaigns, cultivating donor and community relationships, guiding admissions strategy, and promoting the mission and vision of Santiago Christian School to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
A master’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience are required, along with advanced English fluency and intermediate Spanish proficiency preferred.
