Description
Make a difference in beautiful Guatemala. Lead the next generation. Serve the Lord.
We are seeking a passionate, mission-driven leader to serve as our Assistant Principal, shaping a Christ-centered school culture for students from Pre-K through 12th grade. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to developing the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually—while supporting teachers and partnering with families.
The Assistant Principal oversees student life and culture across campus, including behavior, attendance, and socio-emotional programs. This individual works closely with faculty and administration to establish clear expectations for student conduct, support classroom management, and maintain a positive, orderly learning environment. Responsibilities include managing discipline systems and records, communicating with parents and staff, mentoring and supporting students—especially those who are at-risk—and collaborating with the school counselor to implement preventative programs such as Morning Meetings and Advisory.
This role also contributes to the broader life of the school by helping coordinate events, extracurricular programs, and spiritual initiatives such as chapel and Spiritual Emphasis Week. The Assistant Principal plays a key role in staff development, assisting with training in school culture and classroom management, supervising support staff, and helping lead campus-wide systems and procedures.
We are looking for a servant leader who is organized, relational, and grounded in their faith—someone eager to invest in students, equip teachers, and advance the mission of the school.
Join us in building a thriving, Christ-centered community that impacts lives for eternity.
