High School Assistant Principal
Our school is seeking a High School Assistant Principal to join our leadership team in one of the most unreached countries on earth. This role supports the daily academic and organizational life of the high school by working closely with teachers, students, and school leadership to strengthen instruction, culture, and operations. The Assistant Principal will help provide guidance to teachers, support student learning and discipline, and assist with planning and implementation across the high school program.
This position is ideally a long-term role for someone who sees their work as their ministry and desires to serve faithfully in a hard place. We are specifically looking for a leader who is willing to invest deeply in our school community, with the potential to step into the role of High School Principal after approximately two years, depending on fit and readiness.
Requirements
Experience in secondary or high school education
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience working with teachers
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Willingness to serve in a cross-cultural and challenging environment
A strong follower of Jesus who views their work as both a profession and a ministry
Desire to commit to a long-term role, with the potential to grow into the High School Principal position after approximately two years
