Description
We are seeking a new Head of School for Christian Central Academy in Williamsville, NY. Christian Central Academy is an independent, interdenominational, college preparatory school that exists to provide an excellent education within a Christian worldview. As a PK-12 school educating 245 students in the WNY area, CCA seeks to cultivate an environment that will challenge students to know Jesus Christ as Lord, to love others as themselves, to grow in wisdom, knowledge, skill, character and leadership, to serve others as Christ served the Church and to proclaim the Gospel worldwide.
Over the last five years, Business First consistently ranks CCA within the top 10 schools (public and private) of all eight counties in Western New York. CCA is wholeheartedly dedicated to its mission statement that it will provide an environment in which the faculty, staff and students "will grow in wisdom and stature and favor with God and men." (Luke 2:52)
The Head of School will demonstrate spiritual maturity and model servant leadership. They will be a highly engaged leader with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for developing hearts and minds, and a background in Christian education. The Head of School will build upon a strong foundation to advance the reputation of Christian Central Academy and continue its excellence.

Requirements
Masters degree required, doctoral degree preferred
Classroom instruction experience required
At least five years experience of educational and school administration, preferred
Operational experience desirable
Demonstrated supervisory leadership
Believe the Bible is sole authority in all matters of faith and life
Demonstrates spiritual maturity as a Christian and models servant leadership
Articulates a strong and clear personal testimony
