Williston Trinity Christian School (WTCS) is a multi-denominational Preschool-12th grade Christian school located on one campus in Williston, ND with an enrollment of approximately 250 students. WTCS is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to the Head of School for immediate employment.
Candidates must have a personal and mature faith in, and evidence of a strong commitment to, the Lord Jesus Christ, as well as affirming WTCS’s mission, faith, and other foundational statements. Overview
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing events and meetings, and handling sensitive information for the HOS and potentially the Board of Trustees
Core Responsibilities
1. Schedule Management: Manage the Head of School (HoS) calendar, including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, and preparing for them.
2. Communication Coordination: Draft correspondence, screen calls, and act as a point of contact for faculty, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
3. Meeting & Event Logistics: Organize meetings, events, and gatherings for the HoS and the Board of Trustees; handle logistics such as venue selection, catering, and invitations.
4. Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, documents, and reports; manage files; and assist with special projects or tasks for the HoS.
5. Liaison Role: Serve as a communication hub between the HoS, other departments, and external contacts.
6. Board Support: Provide administrative support for the Board of Trustees, which may include managing the Board calendar, taking minutes, or coordinating their meetings.
