Job Description
As a WSIS teacher, you will:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities in your subject(s) of expertise
• Incorporate Biblical values and character-building themes into your lessons
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom that supports both academic and personal growth
• Use differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary, values-integrated lessons
• Contribute to the spiritual and educational life of the school community through active engagement, prayer, and service

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Certification: Valid teaching license or certification appropriate to subject/level
• Experience: Teaching experience, preferably in Christian or values-based settings
• Faith Alignment: Respect for and commitment to the school’s Christian ethos
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to integrate Biblical worldview into teaching
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer literacy
  • Experience teaching high school or multi-grade levels is a plus
• Character: Servant-hearted, adaptable, and committed to holistic student development
