School History
Founding & Vision
ACA was founded in 2022 by Pastor Robert Fletcher. Recognizing a need for affordable, Christ-centered education that was accessible to all families in the community, he spearheaded the school's opening.
Humble Beginnings: The school began its journey with a small, dedicated cohort of just 10 students. From these early days, the focus was on creating an atmosphere of academic excellence.
Growth & Identity
Steady Expansion: Since its founding, ACA has grown significantly, expanding its programs to serve students from Kindergarten through the secondary levels.
The "ACA Ponies": The school adopted the "Pony" as its mascot, a nod to the local heritage of the Eastern Shore. This identity reflects the school's "small but mighty" spirit and its deep connection to the local community.
A "Whole Child" Philosophy: The history of ACA is defined by its commitment to individualized learning. The school has consistently evolved its curriculum—incorporating tools like the Abeka phonics program—to ensure students are prepared for the modern world without compromising their biblical foundation.
