School Overview
Cathedral Academy is a K-12 Kingdom education college preparatory school in Charleston, South Carolina. Established in 1999, Cathedral Academy is a ministry of Cathedral of Praise, a dynamic interdenominational church of 3,000. Cathedral Academy has a current enrollment of approximately 250 students and is spiritually and academically dedicated to providing an education based on Biblical truth. In the classroom, with chapel services and throughout the community, CA students develop a Christ- centered world view that prepares them to pursue a life that honors God in all they do. Athletics and service are also considered important to the well-rounded education provided for our students. With over 20 acres of recently lighted athletic fields and a new multipurpose 1,200 seat Athletic Center, Cathedral Academy competes in SCISA Region 1-A with multiple competitive sports teams.
