School Profile
School Overview
Cedar Park Christian Schools are located on five campuses in the Greater Seattle area, including Bellevue, Everett, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, and the main campus in Bothell, serving a total of approximately 2,000 students from preschool through grade 12. Our student body represents over 200 different churches.
As a ministry of Cedar Park Assembly of God Church, the school's organizational structure utilizes a School Advisory Board, Superintendent model, with the Church Board of Directors being the ultimate decision-making authority. Cedar Park Christian Schools are accredited with ACSI, ACTS (Association of Christian Teachers and Schools), NWAC/AdvancED (Northwest Accreditation Commission), and the NCPSA (National Council for Private School Accreditation).
Cedar Park Christian Schools believe that the basis of all teaching is God and His Word. Education is never neutral, just as teachers never are. The curriculum and the teachers at Cedar Park Christian Schools are decidedly different from public schools in that Christian Truth is the basis of all courses. Our desire is that each child accepts Jesus Christ as his/her personal Lord and Savior. A central goal is to nurture and train each child so that they grow in godliness of character and action. CPCS addresses educational practices from a Christian perspective by offering students the opportunity to understand themselves and the world around them from a Christian worldview.
A full range of high academic core and elective classes are offered, as well as extracurricular activities including athletics, robotics, fine arts, etc. Concurrent college credit may also be earned in select high school courses.
School History
