School History
Jesus Center School (JCS), later renamed Faith Christian Academy, began operation in the fall of 1972 with an enrollment of less than one hundred students in grades K-8. Enrollment grew quickly to over 500 students during the second year as high school was added. In 1988, Faith Bible Chapel expressed an interest in adopting the school and relocating the ministry to Arvada. After prayerful consideration, Faith Bible Chapel's Board of Elders voted unanimously to adopt JCS, and Faith Christian Academy opened its doors to 288 students in grades K-12 in the fall of 1988. Now, over 1,000 students representing more than 130 different churches attend Faith Christian Academy.
