School Overview
Forge Christian High School has 250+ students in grades 9-12. We expect our school to grow to over 400 students in the next 2-4 years. Forge Christian High School is a ministry of Grace Church of Arvada.
Our mission is to see young men and women forged into the image of Christ with a passionate pursuit of God’s purposes as they develop a biblical worldview, while experiencing excellence in education, athletics, and the fine arts. We strive to create a culture where every student, teacher, and staff member can thrive by fulfilling Jesus’ command of loving God and loving others. Forge Christian High School will work in unison with the Holy Spirit as well as every parent/guardian and church to nurture our students’ intellectual, spiritual, social, emotional and physical growth to prepare them for the path God has already planned for them to follow.
At Forge Christian High School, we will strive to inspire and equip every student with a passion for God’s purposes so they can courageously take Jesus into a world that so desperately needs Him.
School History
Forge Christian High School was established on the legacy and foundation of 51-years of Christian education laid by Jesus Center School and Faith Christian Academy. Through the work of God alone, Jesus Center School opened in 1972 with grades K-8, and grades 9-12 were added in 1973. In 1988, the school moved to Arvada and became Faith Christian Academy. In 2023, the high school campus of Faith Christian Academy was sold to Grace Church of Arvada, and Forge Christian High School was launched in the fall of 2023. Forge desires for Jesus to be in the center of every aspect of this school and for the Holy Spirit to be free to direct each activity. The school’s primary purpose is to glorify God within the school setting by:
• Providing opportunities for students to discover their God-given purposes and for their faith to be encouraged and strengthened by example, study, and experience.
• Training students in character and obedience.
• Providing a curriculum, which contains high standards, challenging all students to achieve their highest potential, as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23).
• Providing avenues for students to excel in athletics, fine arts, and S.T.E.M.
Forge Christian High School deeply desires that all students have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus as they serve others and love no matter what.
