Gramercy Christian School
School Overview
Gramercy Christian School is the primary ministry of Faith Evangelical Bible Church. We are a K4-12 discipleship school that strives to provide an academically rigorous, spiritually strong, Christ-centered education. We have a current enrollment of 350 students and are continuing to grow annually by the grace of God.
School History
The name “Gramercy” comes from an Old English word, meaning “great reward,” because there is no greater reward than investing in a child’s spiritual growth and Christian education. Gramercy opened its doors in 1981 with the mission of providing a quality education founded upon the principles of God’s Word. It is our commitment to partner with parents in the discipleship of their children. Over forty years later, Gramercy continues to fulfill its mission as seen in the spiritual and academic transformation in the lives of our students.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Since 1981 Gramercy Christian School has graduated students who were college-prepared and bound for higher education and/or military academies. Students at the high school level are offered both standard college-prep and honors college-prep academic tracks. The honors college-prep academic track exceeds the minimum UNC system admissions requirements. As a result, our students have been admitted to all the UNC system schools including:

For 2018-2019, Gramercy graduated a National Merit Scholar
For 2019-2020, Gramercy had one National Merit Scholar Commendation
For 2020-2021, Gramercy had two semi-finalists for the NC State Park Scholarship and a National Merit Scholar semi-finalist
For 2021-2022, Gramercy has already has a National Merit Scholar commended student and a student in the running for the NC State Park Scholarship
Benefits
In lieu of traditional medical insurance, Gramercy offers a $5400 medical stipend that is added to the annual salary.
Full-time teachers receive a 100% tuition discount for all enrolled children
